Camp Bernardo Wills
This year, we've been working as a team our formal mission, vision, and values for the firm. A lot has changed over the last few years in our world and work environment, and we wanted to make sure we are all getting and giving what we need. That we, as a team, were creating an environment where we all wanted to work. After several workshops and surveys, we formally rolled out our core values to the team during "Camp Bernardo Wills." Of course, it wouldn't be a Bernardo Wills even with out fun and food and we had a trail mix bar and a smores bar.
