Riverview Office Park There are times when clients come to us more for answers than for anything else. Riverview Office Park is a plan we created for a group of investors. They own property that has been contaminated by the railroad over the years. The plan answers the question: what can we really do with this property? What we did was give them a good idea of how the land could be responsibly developed, given the applicable and extreme environmental law and land use entitlement constraints. And while the property may not be developed, the value of the exercise is this: as a result the investors and the railroad have a clearer picture of what they are actually dealing with and can make informed decisions based on that information. |
