On top of that, there was concern in the neighborhood about the building's size. The result of those challenges was a building and adjacent retail rental space that really raised the bar in the area. The Market's unique canopy gives the entrance a sophisticated and refined look. The smaller stores, with their flexible sign installation and removal design, are a natural extension of the Market's sleek look. To address concerns about the structure's size we articulated the walls and added landscaping with trees that will eventually cover the back of the building. Now the neighborhood is happy and enjoys the convenience and excellence of the Market and smaller stores. |
