The HYDAC Manufacturing Facility project in Cheney, WA, is a newly constructed 19,500-square-foot building designed to accommodate both office and manufacturing spaces for HYDAC Technology Corporation, a prominent manufacturer of hydraulic components. The structure features a site-cast concrete insulated panel design, providing exceptional durability and energy efficiency.

Baker Construction serves as the general contractor for this project, ensuring high-quality execution throughout the construction process. The facility is scheduled for completion in early December 2024 and will include 5,000 square feet of office space, complete with conference rooms, workstations, and additional amenities. The remainder of the building will be dedicated to warehouse and manufacturing operations, supporting HYDAC’s continued growth and innovation in the hydraulic industry.
