Millennium Monroe Closes in on Completion

Millennium Monroe is nearing completion! Last month, our team met with the Baker Construction & Development, Inc. crew to look at the remaining items on the punch list. Millennium Monroe is a multi-family, mixed-use project that offers residents a new residential option in Emerson Garfield. The ground-floor retail will add local food, coffee, and shopping to the dynamic neighborhood.
