Things are Really “Kicking” Off at the Ponderay Field of Dreams!

You can see from the photos that the aggregate base course has been spread on top of the flat panel drain system and cement-treated base (CTB). Concrete curbs are being poured to secure the synthetic turf edge and fence posts. In the middle of the fields are the footings for the Concession/Restroom Picnic Shelter Structure. You can also see where the north and south central pedestrian connectivity spine will be poured and help secure the turf. The nodes for spectator seating can also be seen as the contractor preps the sub-grade for concrete flatwork. Parking lots on the field's west and east sides are also being prepped. Sports Field lighting has been installed as well as most of the fence posts and backstop netting posts. You can also see backstop net post footings that will protect pedestrians walking the east/west connectivity spine.
