Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest
Airway Heights
The first of its kind in our region, the Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest facility in Airway Heights combines three essential functions of Goodwill’s merchandising operations: a retail store, outlet store, and processing facility. With the client and builder, this project required thinking (and re-thinking) through Goodwill’s current process and how that could be improved and combined into one facility. The resulting 57,900 sf program allows for safe, efficient workflows for all departments and the benefits of streamlined administrative areas to serve all staff. This facility allows Goodwill to further their mission for good in the Inland Northwest, and it was an honor to support them.
