To strengthen that commitment, Bernardo Wills continues to expand its Project Operations Studio, a dedicated team focused on supporting exceptional project delivery. Working alongside the firm’s architects, designers, and principals, the studio helps bring consistency, coordination, and accountability to the project experience while keeping clients, consultants, and project teams connected throughout the process.
Led by Heather Storlie, Director of Project Operations, the studio includes Isabelle Griffin and Amanda Clark, Project Operations Administrators, with Patty Grennell, Office Manager, supporting the administrative and operational foundation of the firm’s projects.
The Project Operations Studio works across the project lifecycle to support communication, coordination, scheduling, documentation, and overall project organization. By providing dedicated operational support alongside project leadership, the team helps projects maintain momentum and ensures important details and commitments remain visible throughout the process.
While project management responsibilities are often distributed across multiple roles within architecture and design firms, Bernardo Wills has made a deliberate investment in a specialized operational team. This approach strengthens the project delivery process while allowing architects and designers to remain focused on design, technical expertise, and the unique needs of each project.
