Situated on a 14-acre site, the development features a four-story wood-framed apartment community wrapped around a structured concrete parking garage, creating a cohesive and efficient residential environment.
Designed with a contemporary architectural character, The Frequency offers thoughtfully planned residences, inviting outdoor spaces, and a variety of amenities that encourage community engagement. The site includes landscaped courtyards, pedestrian pathways, recreational amenities, and connections to neighboring destinations, enhancing walkability and everyday convenience.
The community provides approximately 156 residential units along with shared amenities including a resident lobby, fitness facilities, gathering spaces, leasing offices, and outdoor recreation areas. The design balances functionality, comfort, and modern aesthetics to create a welcoming place for residents to live, connect, and thrive.
