ATC's manufacturing expansion in Post Falls, Idaho will add approximately 55,000 square feet of new production space, including a 2,500-square-foot office mezzanine, to support the company's continued growth and operational needs. Designed as an extension of the existing facility, the addition will provide expanded manufacturing capacity while maintaining a cohesive architectural appearance across the campus.

The project includes significant site improvements such as new landscaping, stormwater treatment facilities, shipping and receiving areas, loading docks, employee and service vehicle circulation, site lighting, utility extensions, backup power generation, and a dedicated hazardous materials storage annex. Building systems are being evaluated through a design-build process to identify the best-value solution that balances construction efficiency, cost, and speed-to-market.

Inside, the expansion will accommodate advanced manufacturing operations, including production equipment, material handling systems, finishing and assembly areas, storage, and shipping and receiving functions. New employee-focused amenities will include engineering and management offices, conference rooms, locker facilities, cafeteria space, and support areas that enhance both productivity and workplace experience.

Working alongside Baker Construction, this project has been thoughtfully designed to meet the specialized requirements of modern manufacturing. The ATC expansion will provide a durable, highly functional environment that supports future growth while strengthening their presence in the Inland Northwest.
